Your ideas, my elbow grease!

The $50 design and creation fee is creditable and non-refundable, and applies to the final price of your custom item. I will make your piece special, from scratch, to the best of my ability. Several hours of research, design and practice go into each piece, and for some items, new tools/materials are required. Once initiated, I will begin my process. Current lead times on custom items are 1-3 months. This is a side focus for me, and I work on leatherwork in the evenings and weekends as our life allows (every possible minute I can). 

The balance will be communicated once I have full details, and payable anytime prior to shipping.

The final product will be yours forever, and any re-work will be considered on a case by case basis. Traditional malfunction (thread or hardware breakage) will be remedied at my expense, but is highly unlikely. I use waxed thread from the Maine Thread Company, and hardware from USA manufacturers whenever possible. These items are designed and made to last. 

Leather is a highly durable and eco-friendly material. One of the few ways to harm it is to cut it. It’s water resistant, and if it does get wet, dry it out naturally and slowly.
